SHIPPING POLICY

Al Bo Dal Ceramics is a one-woman shop. All orders are shipped via USPS.

Recycled packaging is used whenever possible. 

 

I do my best to ship out orders within 3-5 days of order. If you need rush delivery, please contact me before placing your order. Rush delivery (or local pickup) may be coordinated, but is not guaranteed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

By its nature, handmade ceramics are imperfect and unique. All pots are thrown on the wheel and hand-painted one at a time, and no two products are exactly the same. You may be able to see my hands at work in brush strokes in the glaze. This is part of the uniqueness of every piece.

If you receive your pottery and are dissatisfied with the product, you may email albodalceramics@gmail.com to initiate a return and refund. All emails must include your order number and reason for return. Returned items must be received within two weeks of your order. Items must be returned to Al Bo Dal Ceramics in the original condition before any refund is completed. Refunds will not be issued if the item is returned damaged. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns. Al Bo Dal Ceramics is not responsible for any damages sustained in transport during the return trip.

CUSTOM ORDERS

I am not currently able to take custom requests, but if one of my existing pieces is out of stock, please feel free to contact me to request a future order, or to be notified when it is back in stock.

CARING FOR YOUR NEW POTS

All dishware items are microwave and dishwasher safe. I do not recommend that items be placed in the freezer. When putting pots in the oven, do not preheat. Allow pots to warm gradually in the oven as it gets to temperature.
